Edited 5 years agoLoved this Lp since 1989, recently got the cd reissue on Still Music , US reissue......But I always wondered who is Kool Ma Kool???
He made the dopest acid tune ever -
Is it me (dyslexic) or does this read confusingly? This LP was licensed from Hot Mix 5, the US version was titled: Acid LP & contains one other track. "Confusion's Revenge" by "Armando" on the UK version is replaced by "Ecstasy" by "Fingers" on the US version. -
Edited 8 years agoI had to buy a second copy of this album due to wear...say no more. If you want to buy an acid house 12" get this one as the remixes are fabulous. Armando's 151 is amazing...!

This one is also pressed on the Hot Mix 5 lable entitled Acid Lp. Excellent tunes!!!Jiggerwatts,Ecstasy,151 and World Turns Around are all very cool tracks.I'm happy to say that I still crank these otherworldly tunes to this very day and beyond.
These old acid tracks strike at the very core of surreality and are just as strange now as they were in 88.Go to a packed beach on a hot summers day and kick out one of these tracks and see how people react...What The Hell Is That???And its twenty years old...Priceless! -
Confusion's Revenge & 1-5-1 from ARMANDO are exclusive remixes .These versions were strictly released on this Acid House (masterpice) lp . I think in other way, there was some 12 inch promos copies of these 2 titles on Jack Trax records. (CF I-D Mag August 1988 records review section)
